Fitness to Participate
I confirm that I am fit physically, mentally, and emotionally to participate in a bicycle tour, and that I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I confirm that my bicycle is safe to ride and in good working order to allow me to complete the activity. I will follow all rules of the road, agree to wear a helmet during cycling activity and will follow the instructions of the VeloVegano guide during tour participation.
Assumption of Risk
I am aware that riding a bicycle and participating in a bicycle tour exposes me to many hazards and includes risk of personal injury and death to myself or others, and loss of or damage to property. I choose to participate in the bicycle tour despite these risks, and hereby assume all risk of injury or loss of life to myself, and loss of or damage to property arising out of participating in this tour, as well as any injury, death, damage, or loss of property that my actions may cause to others. I accept full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury which may result, and fully waive liability of VeloVegano.
Insurance
I confirm that I have a valid travel insurance policy, covering third party damages, personal injury and any and all related medical or other costs including repatriation, material damage (bicycle, clothing, or any other items you may carry with you during the activity), or any legal costs.
Waiver and Release
I release VeloVegano from all liability claims for injury, illness, death, or loss of/damage to property, which I may suffer while participating in the tour, including that caused by any negligence on the part of VeloVegano.
Media
I authorise VeloVegano to use any photographs or video taken of me during the tour for reproduction, sale, advertising, or other display purposes without my compensation.
VeloVegano
